Congrats and welcome to the fold.

I don't know what resources you have, but I personally don't like to wrench under pressure or on a trip, unless it has to be addressed. Murphy has a tendency to visit.

If it's not already weeping, in all likelihood, it'll hold for the rest of the trip just fine. I would buy insurance with a patch fix to support it. Something like this should work well.

Amazon product ASIN B01IOPE66G
I have a professional mechanic and all his tools on said mountaintop. I’d mostly be watching/building his house while he works.

i May pick up that product as insurance until I can get there. I’m still 1200 miles away.

Once I get home, I’m going to get a new set of wheels, probably in the same size I have since the tires are brand new. Can anyone link some bronze ones? I love the look of the heritage but my research indicates they wouldn’t fit my lx. I’ll also be looking into adding Apple CarPlay somehow, as it’s the only feature I feel I’m lacking.
I’m looking forward to being an owner for many years to come!

Antelope hunting the day after bringing her home! 2010 LX replaced my '03 gx after a run in with a deer. Quite the upgrade!

So, here is my first picture after I changed the Rims and Tires on my 19, LX570 from stock 21's to Method 315 Machined 18's tire size is a 265/65 18 Yokohama Geolander G015's to maintain the proper OEM height. It significantly changed the look but I think the function will be much better in the sand and on trails. What do you think ?

Nice upgrade. Did you do the spare tire too? I like to have all 5 matching and then doing a 5 tire rotation every 5k miles.

Did someone say concrete?

~1600 lbs between concrete and stuff. AHC didn't even flinch. Made it easier on my back to load and unload in the low position.

That's a big reason I'm looking at LXs and not LCs. I've got 2 Newfies that can't jump into my 100. They put their paws up and I have to lift the back end. Can't wait for AHC set to low to get them in and out. Helps a lot with stuff on the roof rack as well.

Honestly?
What we think doesn’t matter. What do you think?
