Perfect, that is the look I am seriously considering if the verbal i have on a set of RW's falls through. What tires ?

Did you paint. plasti, or wrap the chrome?

Looks awesome! Why didn’t you do the front chrome? Our trucks are almost twins!

275/70/18 KO2’s. Also you’ll want spacers as these wheels are -12mm (.47”) less offset than the stock 21” wheels. I’m sure the spacers will make a difference in appearance and stability.

3M gloss black wrap on the chrome. It’s a very good match to the paint.

Thanks, really like that look !

I have plenty of pictures of shocks on a lx570, especially 2016+. Ill find them and upload them here . Right after i blast through some whoops. Typing while offroading no good.

Do you have any shots of the 2013-2015 LX's in off-road or GCC supercharger spec?

Here is our campsite shot from Overland Expo this past weekend. Not many LXs there. Lots of GXs though.

Yup, the GX has suddenly become the new "it" vehicle amongst overlanders looking to separate themselves from the hordes of Tacoma's and 4Runners.

Yeah, we were close to buying one. It seemed like a luxury 4Runner with a V8, but it seemed under powered to me and I also can’t stand the swing out door.

There were some pretty nice builds though.

The extremely dated interior and barn door are killers for me. We had a new one way back in 2011 and while it was a good vehicle I couldn't stand those aspects back then either.

Great looking LX. What is your wheel/tire spec?

Spending the weekend up in Tahoe National Forest but many trails are still closed because of weather. We were able to get a trail in yesterday before a system came through. We went up to Sardine Peak and then out through the Stampede Reservoir area. Amazing scenery and fun trails. We had to stop a little shy of the lookout on Sardine Peak because of snowbanks on the final north facing curve. We hiked up though. There is still a good 3-4 feet on the trail near the summit.

This is the last trip with the truck in stock form as we will drop it off with @benc at Dissent to get new bumpers and sliders built and installed. It will take a while as he is backlogged, but it’ll be worth it.

285-70R/17 on TRD ROCK WARRIOR TUNDRA WHEELS.
I don't know why but I was under the impression that 17" won't clear the brake calipers. This is great news though, you just saved me a lot of money 👍
