Hey Jonas, how'd the tent work out for ya?

The tent was a bit too much for just me. I have it airing/drying out right now at my office and I will probably pack it up and not use it again until the wife and or kids want to come with me. I think I will be looking into an extremely small one/two man tent that I can set up and break down in less than five minutes. I loved Jacque's OZ-Tent but I don't think I am in the market to spend that kind of money on a tent at the moment. I will check around and see if I can pick up something cheap on sale.

Not yet but I haven't got out there and really started digging into it yet. I am going to try your idea of switching around the working light to the different connections to see what I find out.

You have some options Jonas.

Ultra small bivy tent. It basically just big enough for your sleeping bag haha.

Or a tent cot

I like the ARB Skydome Swag tents that Wilson has on special over on the Blue Room. The one person seems to be what I'm looking for in size, but I don't think I'm prepared to pay for it just yet. The tentcot seems pretty cool but I would at least like to have enough space to put my gear and dry goods inside my tent so I don't have to keep it in my truck.

I'd go with a North Face Tent. Check out Campmor.com to see a good selection of tents. Always but a tent with at least one more person capacity than what you will be using it for. Check out other people's tents if you can.

Those tent cots are really cool but if I were going to do something like that, I'd get the Eno One Hammock System.

I will probably start looking again around Jamboree, otherwise I will make due with the circus big top for awhile longer.

My tent would be awesome if I was young, single, good looking, and knew lots of female equivalents, but sadly that's not the case. I think this tent will come in handy when I start bringing my kids with me.
