Brad/Jason,
I'm almost done piecing together my lift which includes the ICON tubular UCAs. Can you take some pictures of where you have rust for me? Is it just ontop the ball joints? Reason I'm asking is that I was thinking about making some caps in the next week or two. I wanted to take a good look last Sunday but that didn't happen. Thanks

I'm thinking about going with the camburg 1.25s . They are about the same price as the Icons.
 
brad, i emailed them also and no response yet, so i emailed Wilson at trdparts and he said to send him some pics and he would get on their ass. i'm lazy.. so im just going to send him your pics...since ours are rusting in the same place. this weekend i'm going to scrape out as much of the rust as i can, and put some grease in there to prevent future rust from happening.
 
i dont want a new set unless they fix the problem, which is replacing all the components that are rusting with stainless...then sending them to me for free...which i dont see them doing.

is it ok to put grease around the ball joints?? if i can get all the rust out, and keep them greased up, they shouldn't rust anymore.
 
Grease may not be a good idea, as It could trap contaminates. What does our club phycisist think?

Mike, I'm out of school Friday at 10, so figure 1 hour to get home, and hitch up, I should be out my 11, and Sisily bound.

I'll be stating untill sunday afternoon also. might camp.. :D Depends on my buddy....

In case anybody was wondering what I was doing this weekend, we threw a 2 day music festival here at MGW. Buku music and art project is the name. We had about 5k people on Sat and about the same on Sunday. Honestly, not my kind of music or scene but it did turn out pretty successful. This is one of the largest productions that I have ever managed.Here is my crappy cell phone pic and video.
