Winch ordered.
I got a Superwinch Talon 12.5i. Its the largest that will fit in my bumper. I went integrated because I am running out of room under my hood. I ordered orange synthetic winch line with a safety thimble from Viking Offroad, which worked out to be about the same price as the Synthetic Rope (SR) model from Superwinch, but I was able to get orange winchline and a safety thimble.

shock armor takes 10 minutes to install:
6 minutes to get your tools out ( including the tim to fumble for the right socket)
3 minutes to crawl in out from under your FJ
1 minute per shock to remove bolt, insert armor, and tighten bolt.

What about rear spring? Since they did not deliver the shock armor today I will try to do it tomorrow at lunch but I would like to do my springs tomorrow night if possible and re-inststal my swaybar. I think I can handle the lights and armor myself but I am going to need a hand and some guidance on the rest.
