hearing a rattling/flapping noise when I hit about 60mph. Sounds like an airplane almost, but I'm pretty sure its something vibrating.
backstory... installed Ricochet skids couple weeks ago. All is well. A week later I brought truck in for 20k service. Next day I start hearing the vibrating noise at 60ish. I figured they hadn't tightened the bolts on the skids enough. They were pretty snug, but I did turn them all a few more times. Still making noise.
Anything other than skids that could be doing it? Any thoughts/suggestions. I've tried tightening everything I can get a wrench on.

I know for mine I have to push the skid up while I to hunted because what feels snug really is just the beefy skids

I know what you mean but I was pretty sure I did. Guess I'll go put the floor jack under it and try one more time

Does anyone in the krewe know how to weld? I'm look at getting some DIY sliders and need a good welder.
Don't know how "good" I am but I can get the job done. Just need to get to me and I need to find free time, but other wise I'd be glad to help you out.
Bart is handy with the welder too I believe. And Layton also.

Mike is correct, I didn't want to volunteer anyone when I first responded.
I think Bart can do a body mount chop with his eyes closed by now and I've also seen Layton post about welding, so I'm sure we can get it done between us all.
