What springs are you using and can you tell me the hub to flair measurements?

They're the stock height dobinson springs with 30mm coil spacers on front and rear. Hub to flare is 22" all around. Haven't been off-road with these tires but I'm sure they'd rub. I want to swap out springs at some point to be around 23" all around, just haven't decided on which.

33's on 2.5" OME with a 1" coils spacer in front for less rake. Need new shoes so trying to get a pass to add bronze Icon Rebounds wheels along with some new Goodyear MTR's. No plans to move up to 35's and 4.88's since I don't do any hardcore wheel'n anymore.

It’s a 1996 LX 450 on a 2” lift with OME 866 on the rear and various quality components riding on 285/75R16 Corsa All Terrain XL tires.

I'm in the market for new tires. I tried finding OEM wheels but gave up and it sounds like my 4Runner Trail Edition wheels (17") will give me more tire options...

In either case, I currently have BFG K02's (LT265/70R17). Tread is fine but they are older (except the spare I added which is unused and under four years old). Tires will be 99% on the highway and the most they will see is rough forest roads for camping or hiking. No (intentional) wheeling. I've yet to do lakes/beaches or anything like that. I have an OME stock height suspension.

I seem to remember a Youtube video explaining that narrow widths were more useful than previously thought. Nice road manners (efficiency) is helpful but durability (sharp rocks/huge pot holes on some of these forest roads) and traction in all seasons would be helpful - I believe the K02's have the mountain/snowflake thingy and I do use the truck to go skiing in the winter. I wouldn't mind a tiny bit more height but would like to be able to carry a spare in the stock location if possible. Anything new I should look at?

Stock height can fit 285/75R16 with no rubbings and the spare
will fit under your rig.

I do most of my driving on the road, with some occasional off-road driving. I wanted a tire that was more narrow than most, but also had a hard time finding one to my liking that fit the stock wheel. I ended up going with 17" steel wheels from an FJ Cruiser. I liked the KM3's, and had heard that they do really well on the road. I went with 285/75/17 with stock suspension, and I really like the look of it. I've driven around town some, and recently took a 3 hour trip on the interstate, and it did great. Very happy with my decision.

I like that shade of red, did you do the pin stripes?
Stock OEM paint- pinstripes courtesy of previous owner. It's that black with silver swirl paint can stuff you saw in the 90's.
Cheers!
