Yours and mine could be twins! I love it.

I have heard from people in the Lone Star Landcruiser's club that when you attend Cruise Moab that there will be long lines of Emerald Green 80 series with snorkels, ARB front bumpers, Slee rear bumpers and Warn winches. You almost have to look at the license plates to tell them apart. Apparently, it was the most popular color at the time. I bought my 95 used with 20K miles on it in 97. I wasn't particular on the color, I just wanted one that had really been well taken care of and this one fit the bill. Single owner who owned 5 vehicles and did every scheduled maintenance done on time. No wrecks! He barely drove it and kept all 5 in the garage. The leather still smelled new. It now has over 270K on it! I need to replace the leather! :)

That sir is a thing of beauty.

I especially like the back bumper.

Thanks a lot! That's my latest edition and the reason I don't have sliders. Took the plunge on the bumper instead. Working out well.

I love the land cruiser following. So, I created this thread in 2012 when I owned my first FZJ80. And looking at it now I found out I followed the build progress of one person who posted on this thread(via Instagram). As well as a few others who posted I realized I have already been following on IG. Also, I believe the original or second owner of the 80 that I now own posted to this thread as well. I just think it's pretty awesome how interconnected the "LC world" is.:cheers:
