6th Place: Infiniti QX80
When you factor in worst in test fuel economy, a cramped third row, and those awkward looks, you have a big SUV that only one of us loved.
5th Place: Lincoln Navigator
Although it's cheaper than the others, it's not nearly as luxurious. We love the powertrain and the 'Gator's utility.
4th Place: Land Rover Range Rover HSE
Gorgeous truck, Gerry McGovern be praised. But the suspect build quality and pricey everything else leaves us cold.
3rd Place: Lexus LX 570
Old age and treachery get some respect! Not ideal for all owners, but there's something uniquely desirable about Lexus' go-anywhere bruiser.
2nd Place: Mercedes-Benz GL450
Our former SUV of the Year is starting to show signs of age. Still, the GL remains one of the smartest SUVs you can buy.
1st Place: Cadillac Escalade Platinum
The best looking, the best interior, the best sounding, and the quickest in our test. The Cadillac Escalade Platinum stole our hearts.

I am impressed with the LX. 3rd place and it was first unveiled over 8 years ago.

I have been saving my pennies since my lift, and now I am about ready to pull the trigger on a TJM T13

Unfortunately, it looks like Summit has stopped stocking/selling them.

Anyone know where I can buy one?

Call the TJM headquarters in San Diego. Talk to Wes and ask him to help you source one, either domestic or abroad. Google the #

Thanks Man

Sliders, hi lift, Slee "jac-kof" tool
And a free T-shirt. Thanks guys

Go on....

I was lucky enough to find a fabricator here in Louisville. And his shop is a nine iron away from my office. I've given him my rear bumper wish list and he'll start on it with in a few weeks.
Hi Lift will be mounted externally along with my 35" spare.

Ouch. Seriously?

Care to elaborate?

Sure, ordered sliders for my 2011. Had them shipped to lostinafogs shop. Tried to put them on and them wouldn't fit. Talked to Christo and he said Toyota must have changed something that he wasn't aware of. Paul had to fab some parts, after he talked to Slee all he wanted to know is what he did to make it work. He never offered to help with fab costs or any in- store credit.

His products are quality, there's no argument about it. Just felt that he really did nothing to help me out after finding out some things had changed on the 200 series that his product no longer fit as he was advertising.

Sorry you had to go through that. It makes me worry that when I order sliders for my 2011, they might not fit either. What exactly was off?

That's unfortunate. Ben told me that certain year trucks had holes in the frame and newer model year trucks did not. He also said since mine is a 2008, I would not use all of the parts that came in the hardware bag. Seems as though they are covering all years now with additional hardware.
Side note: I did have to purchase a 17/32 drill bit and a rivnut / revnut (?) tool. That'll be for sale should someone want it after my install. I'll keep the drill bit though.

Those rivnut tools are so stinkin cool. I didn't even know what they were until earlier this week when I was watching a guy to a LS3 swap into a Miata.

I'd like to see that combo try to hook up on traction.

This happened in 2012. I had ordered them right before SCC. We figure since it was a late 2011, like a half year model, they had some thing like the 2013 may have. I'm sure the kits he sends out now have the corrections on them.

Drilling a hole in the plate and chassis and inserting a riv but wouldn't have cost $20 for fs sake. Sounds to me like you got taken for a ride, and not by Slee.

Incidently for anyone not in possession of a rivnut tool they can be made in heart beat with a simple small piece of scrap flat sheet or Aluminum. There's a YouTube clip showing how. Takes all of about 1 minute to make.

rivet nut , rivnut demo video using simple home m…:
