I'm building an off-road trailer and I'm looking a source for the axle. I saw in the past that there was a abctrailer company that would build you one with the cruiser wheel pattern that was pretty reasonable.
You should look in the trailer section lots of talk about axles. Any trailer shop will custom build/order to spec. Prices aren’t bad. Get straight drop with or with out camber or brake options. The 6 lug offering is typically the 5k verity but can get it on almost any. These axles are very interchangeable.
I built my off road trailer from a 1985 Toyota pickup bed sitting on a 1987 frame and axle. State inspector passed it with flying colors. I can build parking brakes into the axle easily. Currently running 35 x 12.5 BFG ATs. They fit well with the lift springs that came with the frame.

Yeah, Southwest is good to deal with. I've also had good luck with Redneck Trailer Supplies, who may be handy to some folks. Specifically on axles: Axle Solution
