Hey guys I put brand new oem shocks 3,000 miles ago and the front passenger side is already leaking this much ? Has anyone had this issue?

Rear driver side is leaking much less but still some fluid. I’m shocked.

Did you or someone who was driving it do something to make them leak?
OEM is good but I wouldn't expect doing something like running over a parking curb at 30+ to not damage anything. (just an example)
Bad install? (Rotated the shaft alot when installing)

no I installed them myself and it's been mainly street miles with small offroading (low speed fire roads)

I installed OEM about 7 years ago and about 45K miles and no leaks so far.
Was it from New Old Stock?

Not sure how the warranty claim will go with Toyota Parts Deal, a lot of bad reviews on them, but based on my very thin knowledge, there should still be a dealership behind them. I heard that to sell OEM Toyota Parts you Have to be a Toyota dealer. (not counting some ebay sellers that might be Toyota employees selling stuff that fell of a truck).

Regardless, it is a cheap shock, and it can be faulty just like any other part, I'd replace and move on.

That whole racket of sites is owned by the same company, likely just placing orders from a dealer. They have no inventory and are essentially a drop shipper.

Sorry about your shocks. Good luck getting them to warranty them.
