Japan 4x4 is far better than buying from two guys in a garage...

Dave likes to make this analogy but it’s not true in the slightest for most of the bigger online parts suppliers from overseas.

And he’s been making it for years.

🥱

Last time I checked, he’s in a garage as well.

tbh, yet again. I think of birfields as disposable parts (and it is a wear item). In which case, I just buy good quality ones, rather than OEM.

Bonus if they are made in Japan.

I am running rear RCV axle shafts, but regular japanese-made Birfields up front.

We stock OEM birfs but we've had fantastic results from the Japanese units 😎

Been in this building for 11 years now. Prior to that across the river. Smaller building. Still have a parking lot across the river.
3 floors of warehouse. 20 foot ceiling on first floor. Freight elevator. Overhead crane. Not really set up as a "garage". Only work on my own vehicles.

Japanese made at the very least is mandatory. Chinese made is a guarantee they'll be disposable IME

I think there's several Japanese made ones that are equivalent to OEM without the Toyota tax
