OEM or aftermarket brake booster

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but thought I would add my experience and say thanks for all the knowledge here on Mud. If it wasn't pushing 7:00 p.m. I would have already been on the phone with CruiserYard. Since it is late, I was about to go through the weekend pissed off, but decided to do some searching. I just pulled a Bosch stickered unit out of a Seiken box too, was not a happy camper. Glad I found this thread, and thanks !

Yep, got it about a month ago, just finished insulating the firewall and was excited to mount the booster little shocked to see that Bosch sticker ! Thanks for your help !

I always have these. However, I am out of 1 of the gaskets, so I pulled it. If you don't care about that, I can get one to you.

Just so you know....It's easy to make a new gasket out of the box lid of N-95 masks....... I forgot to order a gasket, so I had to make a decision, as the local Toyota dealers didn't have them.

10 minutes with the old gasket, a pen, and a razor blade.....

I just went through 2 Autozone brake boosters before a Toyota OEM fixed the problem. There does seem to be a difference between the two in this case.
