Anyone make a proper extension block for our OEM equipped tire jack for our lifted LC in case of a road side flat?

A chunk of 2x6 cut to fit in one of the tailgate storage spots works great.

2x6 will certainly work but I want something that is a little more secure. I believe someone here makes a custom attachment for these but I can’t find the thread of who it is.
