The point here is that NOT all the world's 80's got OBD2 in 95+ and in many places didn't get OBD2 at all during the life of the 80's in those countries (e.g. oz). The OP may have a S/C and still NOT have OBD2. Many folk in oz put Safari Turbo's on their 80's - NOT OBD2 in oz.
Anyhow, the OP wanted to know where to hook to OBD2 and I'd suggest he does NOT have OBD2 in his vehicle. Whatever ECU setup is in it, could well be the equivalent of our US 80's in terms of control and maps, it just doesn't bring OBD2 out to a connector or it could be something else - e.g. Oz 80's didn't get EGR either...
