Hey yall I’ve tried searching forums but have not really seen anything regarding my problem. I recently swapped cats and manifolds on my 05 lx, while doing so I noticed some of my upstream drivers side o2 wiring was charred and crispy. I noticed there was a 5th wire in the loom running down with what looked like the ground wire. This 5th wire was uninsulated so I am assuming it’s a ground wire just hanging out. After rewiring the sensors plug I am getting a misfire on cylinders 1,3,5,7. Same side I redid the wiring. After plugging the truck into techstream I am getting anywhere from 0.035-0.4v on bank 1s upstream. And bank 2s is stuck at. 0.035v. I am 95% sure the wiring is correct. (Other than the random ass 5th uninsulated wire) but could new wires and crimps have introduced enough resistance to completely screw my o2 sensor? Anyone else had similar problems?

Pictures?

Possible you've crossed wired.
Did any have multi layered (braided shielded cable or screened cable.). If so, that could be issue.
Did you try swapping O2's, see if issue follows.

BTW: I use butt solder heat shrink. I like Raychem best, of ones that I have used. Done correctly, will never fail and should not change resistance.
