About 10years ago I bought a '74 40 off a farmer in VT. It was sitting in a field and I think was primarily used around the farm plowing. It didn't come with any papers. It's waited its turn, and it's not too soon to think about it hitting the road. What's the best procedure to get it registered in NY? I'll take any kind of regi - classic,antique, or normal. I just need to get some kind of papers. Thanks!
