My chair had a funny smell from that dog.

The trip was made by @Abigail , @Cruddz , @verruckt1 and me "ole Saddlebags". The road seemed to be slightly better than last year and other than dragging her trailer hitch, Abigail had no issues in her stock 100.

While the trip could be done with a trailer it is not recommend. Camping will be beside the lake, for others wanting this to be a day trip it can be done. We arrived at the lake at noon and left the lake at 2pm, I got home in Scottsdale at 5:30. Driving out was much faster than driving in.

Hope to see many of you at the run in three weeks.

Another angle of the camping location

In terms of time how long is the FR393 trail?

Okay for the potluck I am making sweet and spicy polish sausage, and 4 cheese mac and cheese with bacon.

I don't think an official potluck had been declared yet but it's definitely happening now!@Mattman were there any leftover utensils/bowls/plates from last month or did those get used up/not make it back?

It was just over 12 miles of dirt, we were out in about 2.5 hours. It was almost 3.5 hours going in but a that was us just being cautious.

@Abigail I have a few utensils left. Probably enough for 10-12 people? Maybe a dozen bowls. That's it.

Contribution list anyone? I'll volunteer buns for these sausages, unless these are the fancy pants sans bun sausages we're dealing with here.

Knowing Ron they will be over the top sausage:D

Thinking about coming for the day on 393, might bring the canoe, and a friend with a 100 series who wants to see what 4 wheeling is all about.

Canoe, kayak or inflatable all are going to be fun on this trip.

Count us in with our food snatching dog. Really would like to try the hard way but we just acquired a 2006 100 series land cruiser and want to take it so we will be on the easy route. The pre run looked really fun. See you all there.

I'll bring a pumkin pie!
