In stock configuration, the 4BD2T puts out 135hp and 255 ft lbs of torque. It is a reliable motor with decent efficiency. I like this rig a lot, but it's out of my reach.Do you have any idea what the HP output on this rig?
thanks
Is Virginia that insane? This vehicle was registered in California and I thought no one was worse than them.I want this bad but cannot get it registered in my state. Its an OBDII truck with a non functioning port now. That is instant failure for me.![]()
The figure mentioned above is with the stock turbo configuration that boosts up to 12 PSI. This vehicle has not been dyno tested but has a replacement turbo that to my understanding has a max boost of 17PSI. It also has been tuned for more power. My seat of the pants estimate is that it blows away any stock cruiser of that era. If anyone local wants to race I am up for it!Do you have any idea what the HP output on this rig?
thanks
Did you get the title changed to a diesel at the DMV?

This will register in CA correct? And how much have you flexed on the price for the complete list?Price flexibility for next 4 weeks!!!
Not at all trying to rain on anyone's parade, but did some due diligence as I'm interested in this vehicle. This is what I found on the CADMV website:
A smog certification from a California smog station is required for the following vehicles:
How To Register A Vehicle from Out-of-State (Nonresident Vehicle)
- Gasoline powered-1976 and newer year models (motorcycles are exempt).
- Diesel powered-1998 and newer year models that have a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) under 14,001 pounds (diesel hybrids included).
- Natural gas or propane powered that have a GVWR under 14,001 pounds.
If your sorry please go and edit your first post where you were mistaken.Sorry my bad. Good to know its CA compliant.
