Installed an aftermarket bumper on our HDJ81 and removed the factory one from 1991. It is in fair condition given its age, but is dirty and has a couple chips in places, mostly near the sides behind the mud flaps. Includes the mudflaps, and other items seen in the photo below. I tried to save as many of the bolts/fasteners as possible, but a couple broke off during removal (for example, the rivet on the center silver foot step broke on one side). There is some rust here and there, but really not that much given the age!
