My favorite part of the day was when right after we dropped Ted off at his truck and Aidan got in the 80, turned the key and all it did was try to start, just like it did a few months ago in the middle of the night. That was really really funny. After a nice hearty laugh, we checked the EFI fuse (Thats what ACC discovered it to be the first time). Only this time, it kept blowing the 15 amp fuse when you turned the key, so we just went ahead and stuck a 40 amp fu... No no, just kidding lol... We did a little mud searching and discovered people having similar problems when their O2 sensor wiring harness was shorting out on something. We look at the sensor and, low and behold, found some exposed O2 sensor wires being worn away by the front driveshaft (Fulltime 4WD problems lol). Good thing we were already in a Home Depot parking because we ran inside got some butt splices, electrical tap, and a lighter. 5 minutes later, were on our way!
fun day! Almost as much fun for Ted because we were about 2 minutes from delivering an SOS phone call HAHA!
