noob pig owner question

transmission is stabbed. boy that thing is heavy.

i'll start hooking up the radiator, fuel lines, etc. tomorrow.

i'll have to get my fsm by next week, or i won't have a clue as to what to do with all the wires.

i have found the clutch slave cylinder, in a box that has a rebuild kit. i'll have to figure out how to rebuild it.

back to my original question. should i leave the oil filter in the spot it is in, or should i swap it to the manifold mounted oil filter?
