Probably not needed, they're selling very well. You do see them in Toyota TV ads as one of several vehicles, but no specific FJC ads.
Toyota is specifically marketing thru the Trail Teams that are travelling the country and attending events. Additionally, you'll find inserts in quite a few offroad magazines on the FJC.

As Woody stated Toyota decided rather then spending money show what the truck cn do on TV they would rather show it in action in the real world like Tellico, Rubican, Moab and a place near you.
