I'd put the camshafts back on the heads, then take everything to them. They can remove the cams and do their business. If they have to shave the heads, having the cams will allow them to nip the top of the valve stems in the appropriate amount so that the bucket shims that you now have can be re-used. Have them deal with the valve clearance BS, which they do every day. Otherwise, you'll be figuring out the math at home for the correct bucket shims from Toyota. It ain't no fun, trust me on that one.

Toyota may not sell a "valve regrind" kit for the 4.7 because I think I looked. It has a part # but none was in the system, but that'd be the cats meow to take to Empire. Otherwise, this place would be my second choice but I'd do a spreadsheet of price comparo with other suppliers in Japan and UAE. You only need to take certain top end stuff to Empire from this kit, and the rest is on you and on your driveway! 2UZ 4.7L Engine Overhaul Gasket Kit Genuine 2002-2004 - Yota1 Performance, Inc. - https://209yota1.com/products/04111-501802uz-4-7l-engine-overhaul-gasket-kit-genuine-2002-2004/

04112 kit for the 2UZ-FE is definitely still available from Toyota for all iterations of the 2UZ placed into Tundra/4Runner/Land Cruiser.

Replace that starter if the current one has more than 50K on it. It's cheap insurance to not have to replace it again for another 100K+

Yep, that's the plan.
