Hey guys, trying to get the ball rolling on this meet a little sooner than usual.

I've called Glyn Trafford of 4wdABC, just awaiting a response.
I figured before Easter would be best for all, thinking mid week either the 11th or 12th

bring your questions, comments and concerns regarding access to public/private/crown land to this meet, this is the man to talk to

let me know if other dates work best for anyone
