Jeep Eater claimed an FJ40! Unbelievable, must have been some kind of mechanical failure, as my 05 taco walks through it. ;p

I had a great time. Led 13 trucks on the beginners run saturday morning. Looking forward to Katemcy!

Chris,

The fellas from CottonLand Cruisers had a blast (except for the morning flood). Yall did a great job. Hope to make it next year.

Later,

Did I miss some rain?

Oh yeah, you missed it! Should have seen us taking down the big tent! Funny, it's green and red now. Something to do with that red Texas mud!!!

Later,

way to many heeps showed. i managed to put a hole in my tire at the end of Sierra's Skyview saturday afternoon. it was the fourth trail i had run and the end of the weekend for me. i did not bring a full size spare with me.

the 40 with the american flag was sick. saw a couple bj's too (ha). good lookin 80's out there too.

a 4-runner on Clydes Ravine (i think) flopped during the blindfold contest.

i did see two jeeps with broken dana 35's, one managed to break the carrier.

rained inside my tent last night. soaked my clothes and feet, not to mention the fact that it was 40 degrees outside.

oh well, still had fun.

Cant describe how much fun we had. Barnwell in Jan was more comfortable than last time we were there, in spite of the rain.

Great job on the event! Thanks for the invite!

CottonLand's pic thread.

Enjoyed everyone coming to play in my back yard. That was the most vehicles (let alone the most Toyotas) i've seen at Barnwell. Don't forget TMTC can spend heep money too;)
Thanks Chris King and crew for a fantastic event.

Chris
