Howdy who would you guys go to for a new radiator for an 82 toyota truck with a/c?

Lately in all honesty CSF if I want copper/brass since Koyo is only doing alloy/plastic and Modine is kaput. I'll Find you a part # as soon as I get off break.

How are you going to plug off the extra port on the top?

fit good.. its a little longer at the bottom....no extra port.. had to bend the schroud tabs to bolt the schroud to the radiator.....
thanks the 82 pickup now has an 87 turbo radiator :)

turbo rad HAS a cooling port in the top tank .. if it dosnt have the port , it's not a turbo rad

most likely a stock 87 rad

I have a pristine radiator out of an '87 turbo truck that I parted out, there is a hose fitting on the top tank. It fed coolant directly to the turbo. I plan to use this radiator when I put mine back together, as my original one was shot when I took it out last time. I just need to figure out a good way to block off this fitting.

ok so now its still runnin hot at freeway speeds any ideas? as soon as i slow down bam cool as a cucumber

Stick a sheet of paper in front of the radiatior and see if sticks to the front of it. This will tell you if your fan clutch is working properly. If the sheet of paper does not stick, at normal operating temp, your fan clutch is shot...
