New old fart here....or at least getting old..

I've owned this truck for about 5 years now and have not done a thing to it accept oil changes, tires, brakes, and drive the living crap out of it. I've been 4.5 feet deep in the Brazos river (chasing duck decoys, and just playing submarine), through any number of mud holes including the "atomic" mud in Houston. My most recent adventure was a four month stent in south Louisiana doing insurance claims. A lot of crappy, corrosive salt water passes through flooded (and baracaded) underpasses and close to the broken levy romps.
This truck has endured more than all the cars I 've had before it put together and just runs like a swiss watch. I laugh at ****s and american made pickups grunting like old men taking atheir final dump while thye try to pull there little bass boats out of the lake. Once I had to tie on to a Dodge Hemi and pull both truck and trailer out before they samk.
I really love this 80 but it has 225000 miles on it and now gives a little puff on cold starts once every ten or so starts. It looks like time to sell and get either a new FJ, or a 100. I'm interested in opinions about the new FJ vs the 100.
So,
to all you faithful cruiser heads! Let me hear from ya!
