Got the center caps painted and installed and also put in some rock light under the hood.

Just out of curiosity, what advantage does the manual throttle choke impart to our lovely FZJ80s?

It just makes it so you can set the throttle and warm your car up faster and most people install to idle up while winching.
Makes sense, if I move to a colder clime I'll have to look into that!
I forget where I saw it, probably here on Mud, but a guy installed a hydraulic winch on his 80 and T-ed off his PS paperclip lines to run the winch. Idling up to increase hydraulic pressure in the PS/hydraulic winch system would be another great advantage to this manual choke, but dang that hydraulic winch was a beast of install, I'll stick with electric!

That clink may be your sway bar end links.

I installed broom brackets and new sway bar bushings but not new links? I have not thought about that. I will remove the sway bar and test drive and see if that it! Thanks

Got my alignment today looking good now just have to correct castor and get steering rod tie rods replaced. Delta vs radius arms will correct castor.

Got the delta arms hopefully can install this weekend. Also get the new 555 TRE installed and than back for the last alignment for awhile.

Also got my new intake hose, found a small crack on the bottom hopefully that was causing a small rough idle occasionally. my daughters new alphabet book her uncle sent her.

Got my driver sheel Mann driver seat today went with the vario xxlf model In brown with the arm rest and slider. Using a planted bracket. Hopefully can install today. Toby over at sheel Mann USA is awesome to work with he is local to me Portland Oregon and I was able to test fit the various models.
