Alaskan_IB , the 06 headlights will fit a 2000 model but you have to get different trim pieces that fit between the light fixture and the bumper, since the lights are slightly angled for 06/07 models.

i think that glass is better quality wise but not necessary stronger.

its been 3 or 4 months now , and so far i haven't noticed any scratches or yellowing on my "ebay" lights......

Somebody recently did it. Including Hoser ( I think). His was for the LX. But still should be the same procedures for sealing and taking apart.

Anyone got these nice head lights install in pre 05 truck? I got a 01 and I notice the lower triming is different than 05. My lower trim is a long piece that extend the whole width of the truck. Ebay ad mention it fit 04-05!?

Clint79, i'm not from Australia but i used to live in Townsville north Queensland when i was a kid , and here in Florida its legal to have a different state or country license plate on the front bumper .....

At 215.00 US, or slightly more, I'd jump in on the deal, if they were still available. No idea was the AU pound is to the US dollar so no idea if that is a good deal.
