I bought these for 2006 (non-sport):

They don't fit exact. They seem to sit a little too high, so the hood fits real snug and there is 1/4" gap on the bottom. But they look a lot better than the old ones. Also bought LED bulbs for low beams and fog lights. I can see clearly now.

I think they are made of some sort of polymer, but they seem to have a nice build quality for the price.
Lamps look decent. Just dont park too close to that "fail rover" it might affect your gx. That would be lost 
5 year update. Still look pretty good but are starting to crack a decent amount. For the price of depos and length of time they’ve lasted, I’ll probably buy them again. Also keep in mind mine get beat on pretty heavily with the AZ sun.
Some have said that if you do a ceramic coating they last longer anyone tried that?
Bumping this thread up. I'd like to know if there is a coating you could put on them for UV protection as well.
Anybody try that yet?
Sand it first and then apply epoxy clear coat.

I figured that would be the best way. I'll give it a shot.
Super easy. Paper 1000 2000 and you good

The Sylvania kit also has a Lifetime Warranty and only cost $20. It's just a scam. Unless they plan on replacing the headlight whenever it's not worth the price.

I used clear Lamin-X on my glass lenses I put in my VW and they turned yellow and shrunk after a few years. But I did get a few years of life out of them.
Thing w/ laminX & the like, they protect the lamp & can easily be replaced. A must for every new car, I'd say. Some films are self-healing.
