any reason for selling?

i am a new cruiser owner 85 fj60 and have been thinking about this 5speed option- just wondering why your selling?? My rig has a brand new clutch but the tranny is that fun whinning sound- possibly the tranny- and would this be gone with a new one? thanks-

40 series top plate for the H55F positions the shifter so it comes out the floor in the correct location.

60 series top plate comes out of floor ~6 inches back...

Is the front DS DC?
