Here's some pics of our new dog. My daughter rescued her at the pound. This is KONA, a lab-terrier mix. Seems like a good dog so far.

I'll bet she's quicker than swank sucking off roadies at a Hip show, as well.

What the hell does that mean?

Guess you missed a thread or two or three somewhere along the way.
I tied in the Swank thread about Tragically Hip, the "sayings" thread, and the ongoing battle for points in the wob vs. swank battle.

I'm saying she looks fast.

-1 point to wob for having to give an explanation.

terrier?

:D

nice lookin' pooch

current score... wob - 2, swank - 1.25

No foul, Wob. I was out of town for a while.

She ain't fast, yet. Kinda clumbsy in the puppy way.

The pound told us part terrier. Her snout looks kinda like a terrier, only when viewed from above.

Nice rescue!!!

That looks like one of them killer pitbulls... You sure it's not a killer pitbull?

It's good to rescue Dogs from the pound. For some reason they turn out to be the best dogs. I guess it's because they know how close they were to being put under.

I've had my newest Beagle pup for a week now. The pound people said she barked and bayed all the time. I have yet to hear her bark.

She's not feeling at home yet. Still a little nervous about the whole thing.

Don't worry, she'll bark. You don't want to miss THAT Beagle experience. :)

My other two beagles only bark when there is something to bark at. When we go hunting they have a yippy bark until they pick up a sent and then have a more promounced bark when they are on a sent. When they get close to something or have something tree'ed they go into full bay mode. It echos in the canyons and you can hear them two miles away.
