Need slightly longer wheel studs

That might be the best option- the stealership wanted 9 bucks each!

The part number for the toyota studs? I got it from another thread, but confirmed when I called the dealer to make sure what he pulled up was wheel studs. They didn't have them in stock, so I wasn't able to see first hand whether they were the right ones.

Its hard to tell what kind of spacer you are running but have you thought about the type that marlin or trailgear sells with the studs pressed into the spacer?

x2 on moroso

fj60 studs don't seem to be long enough, so I'm also going with 1/2" moroso studs (same kurl as stock).

MOR-46220 WHEEL STUDS 1/2-20 x 3"
SUM-7540026 ACORN 1/2" 4PK LUG NUTS

Planning on doing install when I do gear changes...a couple of weeks out.

Any updates on the Moroso studs? Did they work out ok?

I still need to do something about this. I have another set of wheels that seems marginally better, but I would rather install different studs than pay to have the wheels powder coated and mounting/balancing.

Thanks,
CAZ

SHort studs

There are non that I ever found. Best solution is to use a shanked lug nut that is able to fit the wheel. It will give you from 3/8" to 3/4" of additional reach. I got mine from a large chain tire store that handles a lot of mags.

lug nuts

you can get lug nuts with a longer shoulder below taper. thats what i used on my fj40 & it worked great, got them at my local tire store where i got the spacers
