frame is disproportionately rusty compared to the body.
the area under the passenger door is a different shade. visible rust.
visible bondo, chipping, overspray, and bubbling in the picture of the rear barn doors.
needs tires.

when was the axle serviced, brakes, carb... etc, I would expect worlds more for 11k dollars.
