Need help with offline maps

Caution w. gaia: on the desktop version (best for planning), the app can't handle pinning a predefined lat/lon point. that is, if you have a route plotted (say, import a gpx) and someone gives you coordinates of a bitchin camp spot, you cannot see it w/o severe mastication (complex duct tape methodology).

It looks like you can accomplish above on the phone app, then import to the desktop....kinda ass backwards.

Feel free to enlighten me if I'm wrong:beer:

That's been my experience too. Bass-ackwards

I have GAIA and somethings are easy, and some not. I am having trouble laying out a route on desktop and then dowloading the map and route to phone.
