Looks like a great starting point. I would buy it for that amount. 60 and 62s are highly sought after and are getting hard to find in this state. A good investment for sure.

A econo box yes.
My 07 5.4L F150 SCrew with the tow package it is about the same.
The FJ6x has a small tank for what it is and this feels like your filling more.
I have a long range tank on My F150 so it helps, but I avarage 12MPG. It is a hog. If I am towing , forget it 7MPG is the max. (Yes it is tuned up )
The FJ60 sits right in line with it and it is 21 years older, so not to bad.
Fuel economy on an old Land Cruiser is exactly what everyone should expect. Expecting better, be sure to what your comparing it to.
