Thanks for posting all those pics. Lots of time and work to do that. They'll help when I eventually re-assemble my '81. Those are Mitsubishi Montero rims BTW, not 4Runner. GLWS!

Nah. No doubt it's gonna need some repair.
The side frame rail (outer) of 1/8+ steel is solid, the inner metal reinforcing section will need welding. These sections are hot riveted together and can be separated to do this work.
The rear gussets/ angle reinforcing that square up the side rails and the rear frame channel are infamous for rotting. Multiple suppliers offer these parts for sale. Likewise these areas are hot riveted as well. Only difference is the shop can choose to weld or bolt these sections together.
