I believe the vote is to determine "if" we (TLCA) should consider a name change that might be more inclusive of other Toyota 4wd vehicles (mini's and FJ's for example)

Anyone can join. I didn't have to fax in my title to get my number so it is including all toyota's.

ROOTS mean alot. Models will come and go but the Land Crusier started it all.

If I'm not in error I believe the current bylaws allow for the owner of any Toyota 4wd vehicle with a low range transfer case to become a member. As stated, they all owe their heritage to the Landcruiser.

Sounds like they got bit by the Obama bug have to change everything just to do it not caring about history. It's like renaming Toyota Motor Company to Reliable Vehicles From Across the Pond. Leave it alone.

Since I'm the only cruiser (at the time) in War Eagle Cruisers I asked if we should change our name.... They all said no.... So we're still WEC with only three members who own cruisers.
There are other yota 4x4 clubs... big ones. TTORA for one...
