Original fuel sender installed.

Started fixing cracks on the A/C evaporator housing. I used Plastic Steel Epoxy by Devcon. It works on everything. I strengthened the bond using a very thin fiber cloth.

Epoxy will be applied on both sides of the housing wall, inside and out.

Blower motor from dirt covered to clean and painted.

A/C blower as installed in the housing.

Done with the repair on the cracks of the A/C evaporator housing. Images are from the inside wall.

Installed temporarily the A/C set and happy that it is a perfect fit. I really was taking a risk when I bought the set from eBay not knowing if it will fit.

I am not really satisfied with the upholstery done on the seats. It turns out the material I chose is not really ideal for seat covers. I am using this for the meantime but will have this re-upholstered with a new material.

Positioned the roof rack but will leave out the lock until I am sure it is in the right position. Any suggestions or measurements?
