Its a sad day,, I sold the 55 and it truly hurts. I've had her for three years and though a short time, the memories will always be there. I hope the new owner enjoys her as much as we did. I saw her her off and shook the hand of a happy new owner. Peter the new owner started off great with a road trip from socal to San Fransico. I hope your trip was a memorable one.

Evening Brian. Yeah she is in great shape. Sitting in a secure lot under cover too to keep her out of the elements as much as possible when she's not being driven. I had some mechanic friends dying to see her and they were super impressed with the work you have done. When I showed them the original stamp on the frame, they couldn't believe it. And when I lowered the rear window off the dash?? They really flipped out. The comments keep coming from strangers too. (All good of course)
I planned to text Brian when I got home, which I did, but we both didn't think it would be so late!!
I've already talked to my wife about Pismo in a couple months... If there's room we are heading there for sure.
