sooo today had it ups and downs i started to put on my new high steer and the nuckles fit great and i was on a roll but it had to come to end sometime. soo i figured out that i had to cut my drag link about 8 to 10 inches off and retap the threads. then i might need a new steering arm pitman arm not fitting on my. mine might be a chevy one i dont know. soo i stripped out the nut trying to press the new pitman arm on and it only went half ways on. soo now my truck in in op and cant drive it UGH! but iam going to hit up gross and stevens in the morning to see what they think.

bought a rpm gauge yesterday got to get that in too

You need to take the center pin out then you can take out everything else. Take the bolt out that holds the center pin in then tap the center pin out about 1/2" and turn the gears so you can get some vice grips on it. Then pull the center pin out and then the block and c clips will come.

Don't toss your paint! I have been really considering painting my 40 to match my FJC. How much do you have left?

alright well today we took my fj out on to the freeway and it was doing good til we hit 64 and huge death wobble? is that cause the alignment is off? or steering stablizer? i replaced it with a heavy duty one and i havent fixed the alignment yet. soo any ideas that would be great

You stabilizer shouldn't have anything to do with you alignment unless you loosened your tie rod and adjusted it. It could be a lot of things.

-Out of balance tires.
-Worn Trunnion Bearings
-Make sure your knuckle studs are properly torqued

I would start out by making sure everything is tight.
