looks good mate.. how do you find the federals compared to the maxxis? I have a set of maxxis on my 60 that I picked up cheap and they would have to be the worst farking tyre ever made..

Yeah the Federals are alot quieter! I never really took any tyre to their limit offroad but the Federals onroad are nicer, but then they are the smaller 33" (285 compared to the 305)

Gave her a quick wash just then, and "forgot" to do the wheels/tyres lol
Here are some pics showing the ARB and the Wing mounted
Also, with the sliders on, can get slippery when wet, so put some of that grip tape on.
Only problem is when I get out of the car, I bypass the step usually brushing it, and now I have "sandpapered" my leg lol!

2nd that, nice rig! But if you can provide a link to those dash lights and which ones to order, that would be great.
Oh, should have asked for a link to where you got those sliders/side rails. Are they strong enough to handle rocks or lifting with a high lift jack?

I just found the dash lighst on Ebay, I think they are T10 globes.
Also the ones in the heater control started fickering last night on a drive to Canberra
The sliders I got from powerful 4x4, and they seem to be ok, but I have not tested it with high lift etc
OK, got some Tyres/wheels!
So a guy on the 80series forum asked for a swap for my tyres as he does more touring and wanted to drop down in size. So we agreed to swap, best part is his are BFG KM2, We even swapped the spares!
Was hard to find a place to balance these up but Jax tyres in Smithfield did it!

Bit of an update.
Bought this, been sitting at home for about 2 months as its too big for the ARB bar! I have never had or used a winch, so I have no idea how it installs or how to even use it lol...some reading is on the cards!
Some Recaros I found in Japan from a HDJ80r (I think the seats are originally from some Peugeot it said)
New ARB bar fitted, need some spacers made up to get the winch on
Well, its like incest in my eyes.....Nissan parts on a Toyota???
On a side note:
I have been shopping around for a 4WD for my buddy who has never owned one..gone from RX7's, GTR's, EVO, S15's, Civics to now wanting a 4wd lol.
At first his budget was 5k..we looked at SWB Landcruiser Bundera...found a really clean one..but when he drove it..he didn't like it...test drove Suzuki Sierra, SWB Pajero etc....all of a sudden his budget went to 15k..
Went to orange (Country town in NSW) and picked this beauty up. 2003 GUIII Nissan Patrol 3L Turbo Diesel 1 Owner, 153k kms...
An Equivalent Landcruiser 100 Series TD would go for 40k...so at 15.5k it was a steal!
Also, I had a go at Plastidip. Blackened the grill and headlight surrounds, but im not a fan, makes it look like a DX model
Took some day time pics today, on closer inspection I did a pretty crap job lol
Ive also bougth a 24" Spot/Flood LED Bar! Im yet to hook it up tho
So Im trying something here.....Nissan Headlights....Can anyone guess what these are from?
