Ah! OK. I just noticed that you posted 33.9", so I thought maybe you'd measured.
I'm bed-bound anyway, so no hurry! :)

Love,

Sir (haha)

33.9' is from Falken's web site.

Get your ass fixed and out of bed soon.

XOXO!

Man, you just gave me hugs and kisses? (XOXO) loling as I type! -Me wifey will not approve! ;)

Oh wait... Tou said to get my ass outa bed too. She will approve of that...and heck, so would I. DANG I HATE NERVE DAMAGE... I mean here I have this great big leg attached to me body. My left leg works great...but as the comedian Ghalliger used to say..."my other leg don't work for sh--!"

Nerve connections...shmerve connectikkns... WORK, DANGIT!

:bang:

But anyway... Thanks. I shall continue being stumped as to the REAL WORLD tire size until you have your newly-bad-assed truck back.

Any update on this?

Just returned from a 10 day cast and blast trip to Wise River, MT. Picked it up yesterday on the way home along with a stop at White Knuckle Offroad to pick up sliders. Will be installing them this weekend and will post pics and updates then.

Sorry for the delayed updates...

On the way home from a week in Wise River, MT casting and blasting, I stopped by White Knuckle Offroad to get my new sliders.

Next stop was Brenthel Industries/Baja Kits to pick up the beast. The crew at Brenthel were all busy getting ready for SEMA and the Baja 1000.

They had finished up my LC while I was away. It was determined there is a little rub at full lock on the UCA with the tire and rim combo I am rolling. Jordan advised they had designed the UCA around a 3.0 shock as per the original requests from the UAE market. It would work with my truck (I have King 2.5's) if I had a greater offset wheel, smaller tires, or spacers. I didn't want to do any of those things so Jordan redesigned the UCA to accommodate a 2.5" shock body and in turn, will give me a little more room so I don't have any rubbing. Since they are so busy, Jordan said I could take the truck now and he would call when the new UCA's were done and I could bring back for a swap out. Wife was anxious to get the truck back as she has been driving my Tundra, so I opted to take it home. Drives great and eats up road bumps well!

Spent the weekend installing the new sliders! Install was really simple and clean. Wife is happy which makes me a lucky man!

Actually, that is 3M wrap in gloss black purchased from Amazon. Eventually I'll pull the trim off and have it painted.

How'd the slider install go? I'm leaning towards the White Knuckles because I like the kick-out.

Simple and straight forward. New cobalt drill bits made the process even easier. An extra set of hands would've helped but were not available so I did it solo. Took about 4 hrs with a few interruptions by the little guys and the boss.

Ordered a black grill off Amazon ... Worked on it this weekend and now it looks like this:

Any chance you could post a link to this grille on Amazon? I like it a lot, but can't find it.

TIA
