Need:

• Drivers side door regulator. is FJ25 the same? Added pic for reference.
• two seal kits for tin cup brake/clutch master (04471-35014)
• Steel radiator fan
• Wing bolt that locks the distributor
• Battery hold down frame

wish:

• Dual sided turn signals (Yes I know...)
• J hooks to keep the bifold doors open.
• A set of straight (early) wiper arms.

Maybe some things will be cross my mind later, but I think when I have all this the 40 is 99% complete and original. Would really be thankfull if I could get any of these parts.

master kits...can't get oem kits unless you go through spector and pay twice what they cost at dealer. specter also has aftermarket kits

Bump. Now we've started our restoration would really like to find the door lock.

this is the handle on my 62 fj45. im not computer literate enough to put these pics together side by side without posting. think they are the same or similar?

ok they are the same to me at a glance. a long shot but it may be worth posting a wanted thread on the 45 page. what exactly do you need? i need these ones i have but there is an early right hand door my mate has about 350km north of me that may have a handle? this early stuff only has a lock on drivers side i think?? (my right hand but your left) dunno if this any use and what may be the same reversible side to side?

Yes only drivers side has a lock. I need the left hand lock (I got a outside handle from Dave fjfjfj) . I think the locking and non locking locks are the same. But mine is mirrorred from yours.

I've been wondering before: did they use the old (bugcatcher) doors some years longer on the pickups?

they seem to gone by 63 in aust from what ive seen. good luck i love your little 40
