My 12HT Ute build up

Gday For the last 3 years I've Modifying and wheeling my White Lightning 60 series LandCruiser FJ62. Unfortunately the chassis had bad rust and got over the carby 3f off road. So i cut my losers and brought a red 12ht manual Sahara. After panel beat the old white lightning back end almost every off road trip Just so i could fit new rear lights. I decided to cut the shara it in to a 4door a extra cab UTE.

40mm RHS frame welded in.

25mm rhs bent using a pipe bender and pipe die for door seal to run on.

Got the Ute chop thow engineering just need to fit exo cage and pant now.

The mostly finished Exo cage The small radius were bent with my mates Pro tools bender and large were bent with a Supercheap bender and dawn die. Will build remover able windscreen bar and rear door bars.

Fitted a 3/4 beach seat had to move and re weld the stock bracket.

The all important beer fridge fits nicely

Fitted diff locks, ARP hub studs all round and rebuilt swivel hubs.

Fitted the snorkel inside the guard.

Welded all the holes from the flares and antenna

Roof was taken to bear metal as it had little bits of surface rust. All bear metal was etch primed and the hole truck was primed and blocked.

Wet sanded and cut

35" tyres fit well due to the front axle has been moved back a bit when the coil have been fitted. I tossing up fitting 37"s I'll be fitting redaction gears before fitting lager tyres then 33"s.
