New Batman is BBAADD. Really liked it. won't say more as i'd end up giving away the good stuff.
 
Saw Bourne Legacy with A tonight. Pretty good show. Lots of action.

Before Bourne, there was a trailer for the remake of Red Dawn. Looking forward to seeing the Wolverines kick some commie butt.
 
watched the social network last night. I cant believe those snot nosed kids are worth billions now. Pretty interesting flash back use in the film and the dry humor/wit is hilarious.

I enjoyed the Social Network as well interesting to hear the story behind FB.

Any reviews of The Expendables 2? Thought the first one was entertaining something about seeing the Senior Action Stars at work :lol:. I liked the original Bourne series so I was wondering about the Bourne Legacy good to hear Lash stamped it with approval would like to see that as well. Watched "The Hunger Games" last night. I picked up the book in Chicago airport Friday night, and some friends wanted to rent the movie. Guess I'm a little underwhelmed by both the book and movie, but more so the movie. Might be too old for it? Not really sure. Just didn't live up to the hype for me.

I would think you are in the middle.

I thought it would be teeny bopper stuff but I loved the books.

I can see someone in their 20's not liking it too much though.

I liked the movie, mainly because I had read all the books. Plus the star is hot.
 
Watched CPT America yesterday afternoon. some funny parts but overall MEH

they glossed over some of the action stuff and what action they did show was just to sci fi meets real world...pick one or the other (I guess WWII genre stuff should all be Tom Hanks or John Wayne for me to like it)

You may be right about being in the middle.

After thinking about it, I guess the movie wasn't as bad as I made it out to be. The book is growing on me. I read more last night and should finish book with a little more time. Then on to the next two, because I'm pretty sure they'll be made into movies as well.

Maybe I read the book too close to the movie? Heck, I dunno...
 
I think the books are really awesome. I read a lot and that is not really my genre but I thought they were very well done and the story is super compelling.

We went to see ParaNorman and it was really a funny kid movie.
 
Expendables 2 was better than the first one. More action, good one liners.

My boys are old. But still kicking arse!
