I think everyone is clear on the liquid/gas dilemma. (Even though each person explains it differently, it's the same understanding)
To the OP........ carry it upright or on an angle, just make sure the nozel is higher than the liquid, and to be safe, stand the tank upright before using. Have fun and enjoy!
