Any progress on nailing down the dates? I have a few folks ready to put in their vacation for it

No, we have not met yet about this. It will be sometime in that general time, if you have a big enough group, get them to put in on the dates. This has gotten a bit larger than expected so there will be a bit more planning than I initially thought.

The way I roll is not to plan.
That said, talking to some club members, a trip like this is a trip of a lifetime and will be a huge logistical deal for them and their family.
We are going to have to find a happy medium. I won't be interested at all in an overplanned trip, but I am willing to be a bit more organized and preplanned than normal for this trip
Like I said, the dates look good, no one has complained but we......as a club, have not set anything up officially and I have been asked not to do so until we can get a bit more of a plan together.

When on Vacations or wheeling trip, I myself don't do much planning, 
My planning involves a destination(MOAB) and an actvity while on vacations(wheeling/exploring/campimg)
This is a long ass trip but well worth it!

I placed it on my 80 very proudly this morning before I left to work.
My wife
came to say bye before I left and she caught me placing it on the window.
She just rolled her eyes
and went back into the house!
Thanks to this, I didn't even get my goodbye kiss!
