Just run the wires, put pins on them and shove them in the connectors. I would just order a new rear from the body to the rear locker harness. Most of the used ones are trashed from dirt, water, etc... I've done this a half a dozen times. It isn't bad. It might even take less time that replacing the whole harness.

Done it multiple times as well the only difference is I didn’t get the whole donor truck this time just the axles. Going aftermarket on this one.
